Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Most items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Extended Holiday Returns:
Purchases made between November 20th and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “Final Sale,” personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
Free gifts included with orders cannot be exchanged or returned once shipped.
Return Process
Step 1: Request Return
To return an item, first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and approval.
Simply email your invoice/receipt to info@primeautosupplyinc.com.
Our customer service team will respond within one business day with your RMA number and instructions.
Step 2: After Approval
Once your return is approved and you receive your RMA#, please send your package to:

Items must be in original, new, and unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and saving the tracking number.
Step 3: Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Limited Warranty
Prime Auto Supply Inc offers a 180-day limited warranty on eligible products from the date of shipping.
We warrant that products are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
We will replace any product that does not meet quality standards. Liability is limited to one-time replacement or repair of the item.

How Warranty Works
Step 1: Register
Register your product within 90 days of purchase (if applicable via QR or form).
Step 2: Submit Claim

Step 3: Review
Claims are reviewed and approved at our discretion. Approved claims qualify for replacement only (no refunds).
Step 4: Replacement
If approved, the product will be replaced or repaired based on inspection.
Step 5: Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective upon arrival.
Step 6: Shipping
Once shipping is paid (if applicable), the replacement item will be sent.
