Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay in processing.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional delivery services depending on the shipping destination and package size.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain large or high-value items.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Prime Auto Supply Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then contact us at info@primeautosupplyinc.com for assistance.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.


Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been shipped.
